Which social media platforms should I choose?
That depends on your particular niche and your desired target market. Some areas of expertise do better on certain platforms than others and each platform is used by audiences with particular demographics. During your consultation call we discuss your niche and the type of clientele you want to attract and recommend which platforms you should be using. Regardless of whether or not you move forward with V3 it’s important that you know where you would have the best chances for growth and success.
Will you need my login information?
If the profile already exists, we’ll need the username and will request that the password be changed to one that only you and V3 know. If it doesn’t, we’ll need you to create a profile with an agreed upon password and provide us with the username. In the case of a Facebook business page, your account manager will need to be added as an administrator for the duration of the service and removed upon completion. **Please note: All business information provided to V3 is covered under our Non-Disclosure Agreement signed prior to beginning service.
Can I set up a payment plan?
For most of our social media services, no. But for the social media management you can split your monthly payment into two biweekly payments due on the 1st and 15th of the month. It is not a recurring service so you will need to let us know month to month if you will be continuing with us.
What happens after you’re finished?
For Strategies: We’ll set up a meeting to go through the deliverables and ensure that you thoroughly understand how each document is to be used and how to manage your social media profiles going forward.
For Management: You’ll receive editable Canva templates you can use on your social media moving forward as well as copies of the content calendar and strategies we used.
